He was just saying things that he thought America wanted to hear. He doesn't really care about anything but making money for his Dad and his dads friends because he thinks that makes him a success in his father's eyes. He doesn't even care about the lives his policies have cost in the United States or Iraq or any where else. He is really a callous evil buffoon.
