I think it has to do with the way you grew up and how much you were challanged as a child, perhaps how well you did, do , in school might have some barring. For me if was the people I was around and how they handled things, I had to step outside of that and tell my self what I thought was acceptable not what other people think is okay.

if you do something for too long you get frustrated and just don't want to deal with it anymore.. and sometimes in fear of whatever it is not turning out how you expected..or wanted it to.
