Youtube video not working?

I have installed the latest version of flash player and shockwave, but when watching youtube video, it stops after a few seconds, but the download bar is full. Is it a youtube glitch? It worked fine a few days ago.

Your Internet connection is probably not getting enough band with!!!Happens to me at times

your connection is ordinary or because of the bombing in the Korea maybe.!!!!
