Short answer: yes.
Long answer: no, but that is because I really don't trust anyone to handle my food. People in super-high-end restaurants do just as disgusting things to the food of those that annoy them as do minimum-wage burger flippers. I know people on both ends of the spectrum and the stories I've heard........
Just be nice and human to those that serve you regardless of their socioeconomic status and you'll be just fine.
