Bittorrent is nice if you just want to download anime, but if you want to buy some anime stuff check out http://www.discountanimedvd.com/ . They have pretty much anything you could think of for a decent price.

You can download anime for free from some certain website. You dont even need to pay for downloading all you need is bittorent.
