No but my mother-in-law always did (not to my house but to a motel).
I used to make fun of her but in this day & age it don't seem like a bad idea. :o)

i have a blanket i bring everywhere with me to sleep. i've had it since i was fairly young. i don't have any attatchment to it except that i don't want to break in a new blanket. you know how some are stiff when you first get them? i'm weird.
