A quick and inexpensive way to get soft,smooth and sweet lips. It takes less than one minute and requires only two easy to find ingredients. Prevent chapped lips by using this technique on a daily basis.
Steps
Put a pinch of sugar in the palm of your hand.
Soak the fingertips of the opposite hand with water.
Drip a few droplets of water on the sugar.
Gently mix the sugar and water until it is pasty.
Apply in a circular motion to lips to exfoliate.

by a toothbrush from the dollar store. If you have some Vaseline, take about a pea size and blend into your lips to they are completely sealed with it. Then take your toothbrush and gently scrub your lips in circular motion for 5Min's. Then take a warm cloth and wipe the excess off. Do this every week and you will have smooth lips.
Plus before bed use a little olive oil or vitamin e on your lips before bed. Drink lots of water.

i take advantage of regualr chapstick with moisture in it. Any Chapstick with h2o is super reason it's going to keep your lips moist and soft plenty longer than known chapstick. Plus i'm no longer a huge fan of the sleek look, so for a guy this may well be suitable. you will discover it at your community purpose, walmart or food market...mine's blue and fragrance loose.

Mary Kay has this system called Satin Lips, it works really well I swear by it. But in any case, if your exfoliate yours lips and always use a lip moisturizer you should be fine.

i always put a really good natural lip balm on then cover it with vasaline before i go to sleep, it realllly helps my lips!

Honey is d best natural moisteuriser. apply honey on ur lips everyday for15 mins then wash it off. lips stay healthy,smooth n pink

Moisterize all the time. I also use a night time lip moisterizer. Carmex always does the trick, and it's cheap.

coat your lips with vasaline, then with a soft babys toothbrush gently brush your lips to remove dead skin
