Don't you enjoy relaxing in a nice hot tub now and then? It seems he does. Maybe you could join him and make it more interesting. A few candles, soft music, a glass of wine...
After a bath I still do a brief shower, just to get all those floaty bits of soap, dirt, and dead skin rinsed off my body.
