If you are not an adult yet though, I would ask your doctor first. (Actually, I am a man and did not start taking this until my doctor advised it. The Lycopene is said to be especially helpful for prostate health.)

Best multivitamin for men.Experts say that men should look for a multivitamin with no more than 9 milligrams of iron; less is even better. Iron overload can cause health problems in men, including joint pain, heart palpitations and impotence. One-A-Day Men's Formula contains no iron, plus it has 150% of the recommended Daily Value (DV) of selenium and vitamin E, both of which may help prevent prostate problems. A 12-year study is currently under way to determine whether high amounts of selenium and vitamin E prevent prostate cancer. Until proof is in, the modestly higher amounts in One-A-Day Men's may offer prostate benefits while still being a safe level for consumption

Firstly, a well-balanced diet and exercise are paramount in comparison to supplements. Secondly, you only need vitamins if you can't get everything you need from your diet. If you still need a vitamin, I would suggest a one a day multi-vitamin. Just remember that the FDA doesn't require supplement makers to prove what they say on their bottles. That's why it is a billion dollar a year business. Hope this helps.

First you should build your foundation by taking a good
multi-vitamin/mineral
then depending on your needs add to it
such as b-complex
extra zinc/magnesium
Vitamin D (especially if you live in a cold climate)
and calcium

your supplements should be tailored to your
unique requirements,working with a proffessional
is a good way to go about it.
