You want sex too much? I feel very close to him and want to pleasure him and be close to him in every way. Plain out he makes me horny and I want to do it at least once a day, but he says he is exhausted and he has explained to me that he doesn't want it as often as I do. How would you feel women? I want to see if the way I am feeling is normal? This is not the norm for me unless I am wrapped up in the guy. We have been together for 1 1/2 yrs and from the start it was too much for him but we still made love at least once a day. Now we make love or have sex 3-5 times a week, if I don't give up trying. I am feeling rejected and want to know if I should just wait for when he is in the mood.

well no doubt this is opposite of the usual. I dont think you should give up completely, if you are the initiator and you like that role thats good, however if you were to back off a little and he initated sex with you then you would feel better about how he feels, ultimately every couple has to find a meeting place somewhere between what you want and what he wants that is liveable for you both. men dont usually work well under pressure so thats something to keep in mind. Also your self image doesnt come from him it comes from within he isnt rejecting your he is simply trying to find that middle ground-

I am not sure that he is personally rejecting you. He just does not enjoy sex as much as you do and for him 3-5 times a week is good enough. If you love him and honor your relationship, you will try and understand his side of things. It would be great if he would have it once a day with you every day, but I suppose he is not built that way. You will have to remember that it is not against you personally and it is in no way rejecting you. It's like eating cookies - would you want to eat a bag of cookies everyday. Well no - so same thing in a strange sense - lol

A friend of mine experienced this with her live in boyfriend. I don't know what his problem was. She used to call him Mr. Roper from Three's Company. The landlord's wife was always horny and he wasn't. She was always saying come to bed Stanley.

We thought it was funny, but my friend didn't. There really are some guys that are out of the ordinary and just don't want to have sex like most guys do.

It doesn't mean that he is having an affair or anything and I know it probably makes you feel bad, but I have heard that many men really aren't the stereotype that want sex nonstop. You must be with one of them.

I actually heard a guy admit that his wife left him for another guy because he couldn't keep up with her in bed. All she wanted was sex and he didn't.

There's nothing wrong with you or him, it just sounds like your sexual drives don't match. This is not a good sign, since a man's sex drive decreases with age ( lowering of testosterone levels with age) and a woman's sex drive increases with age ( increasing of testosterone levels with age). That means that as the years go by, you're probably going to be wanting it even more than you do now and he's probably going to be wanting it even less.

Oh, and in answer to your initial question, yes, but it's taken 15 years of us being together before it happened. In all honesty, he really doesn't complain too much, and he's actually quite tickled by the new development.

You didnt mention his age. If he's older than 35 that sounds about right what they'd say lol. Younger than that, and he's always turning you down, something is going on (which might be another question for you to ask voters). If you feel you need sex 'that much' try masturbating to match his 'exhaustion' and maybe stop asking him to perform so much. Heard some men express that they resent that having to please us all-the-time so there's nothing wrong with pleasing yourself FIRST and he might come around. Good Luck.

If he does'nt want it,as often as you do,because he is exhausted from work maybe, then don't push your self to him. Hmmm! It is my first time to know that a man will decline sex, I thought they are like rabbit in a battery, that will go on and on and on. Well, sister, I don't have that problem,My secret ,is to romance, and massage him, and he become lustful, and what comes next is..wham -bam- bam!!! ""Thank you very much Sir"".

=) some guys' libido just... doesn't have that kick that some other men do!

Quite honestly,I'm 20,I'm married and I love him like crazy. I could have sex every day, every night and it probably still wouldn't be enough. ^^

My 27 year old roommate is the same,by the way.

I think a ton of men would be super grateful for this. But maybe he works hard. I would feel rejected though. Bottom line, I would try talking to him. Then he knows how you feel, and you can resolve it.

I get that quite a bit. Its a weird trick of nature that as women get older they want it more and men dont. I have the same feelings. It sucks outloud.
