a) Do I get a facial and a colour treatment for my hair?
b) Do I visit a good friend who lives far away?
c) Do I buy a cool, new outfit?

I would visit the friend. Facials don't last, hair colour fades, outfits go out of style, but friends and the memories we share with them last forever. Happy birthday.
