She was always at the clubs drinking and the legal age is 21. It's not like they were trying to hide it.

Earlier this year it was actually Jesse McCarthy drinking a beer at a club that got the club investigated. It is actually the bars/ clubs that stand the most to lose. If they get charged with serving underage, then they could lose their license, which puts most places out of business.
But this is Hollywood, or New York or Miami. There are bigger things going on then citing some club for underage drinking!
What gets me, is the paparazzi that are able to video tape completely wasted celebrities leaving clubs (Jeremey Piven most recently) getting behind the wheel of their car, when they can barely function. Paparazzi have all this proof, and law enforcement would never do anything until someone is actually killed! It is a ridiculous world of celebrity!

Hollywood. Celebrities get a pass in most crimes. How many celebrities get a way with murder???
