Go to a Spotlight store and buy some jeans fabric and they have books with different kind of patterns of short jeans.Buy those two things, take it to any tailors and they'll sew it for u and u can have as many as u want. in different colours and different styles.

They look homemade to me. Are you sure you want them? You can glue some green ribbon on a pair you already have, and there you go.

I really have no idea...But with a bit of imagination you could do them all by yourself and they'll look much more better than these ones;)
