What are the rules regarding these words? How can I remember how to use each one properly in a sentence?

Both -body and -one are equally correct. Their usage dates from the same time period.

Today, people consider -one to sound more formal, but there is no linguistic reason for this.

Mmmmmmmmmm may be something likeeeeeeeeeee

There where four friend Somebody , Everybody, Anybody and Nobody

this friend was assigned a work to be done
So somebody thought everybody can do it
Everybody thought anybody could do it,
And anybody thought somebody will do it
Ultimately no body did it.

id try and limit myself to the one's rather than the bodys.

i think ur more likely to get right with someone rather than somebody.
