Its said it is something in their brain that makes them serial killers and can't stop. So do they feel relief when the police catch them. Frankly, they should be lynched immediately.

No, I don't think so. They do it and feel more important as well as getting attention from the world. Killing give them an attention and a relief from their normal social. Some may want to prove that they are superior and better and smarter than the other. They may not want to look stupid by being caught by police.
They may feel relief as they go to confess or they may just want to be famous, be regconized by the world.

Well some of them i guess, since a lot of them turn themselves in and confess for like a buttload of murders, like 10 years later..

I don't think they feel relief, they probably want to keep on killing. They are serial killers!!! pyschos...

I don't think they feel relieved when they are caught, if that was the case, they would turn themselves in, to keep from killing repeatedly. I know who doe's feel relieved, when they are caught, the public and myself.
