Unless you've caught a virus that doesn't make sense .... can you think of any changes (hardware or software) you made just previous to the problem starting ?

There are many tips available for speeding up a PC, however, I would like to help you find the source of the problem first.

I assume you've tried rebooting the PC ?

Please feel free to email me with more info.

You should check your Task Manager to see if any applications are running in the background. Look under "Processes" to see if there are any unknown processes running. If you see some that you don't recognize, then google the name of the process and see if any pages list it as a malicious program.

Another possibility is that your game may have a memory leak (caused by low-quality game programming). This may be the case if the problem does not exist when you initially boot up your system. Also, check to see if the same thing happens with other games. If not, then the problem could be caused by that game.

Low memory or go too Internet Options on Control Panel go too General Tab, clean files and cookies. Or you may have open programs in the background. I sure hope this helped you.
