well, it's not totally painful and that gives another kind of sensation / pleasure if you do it gently. it makes some difference to "normal" sex which we usually do or about which we don't feel very excited anymore. and perhaps you should ask men why they love it cuz it looks a dirty part to fu*k.... if i were men i would be rather reluctant to do it...
