I think it's like when something is passed down to you and you have to do something wheter you want to or not. If you know what I am talking about, I really don't have to go into details but can you please? I would really know what it is.

As in "I wish I had gone to the bank today, but then I got busy with x,y, and z".....like that? in that case, its like in math, where a letter represents something else.....its like verbal shorthand - in this case, I got busy fixing the computer, and had to pick up the drycleaning, tommy was late home from school...or x,y, and z.
I guess people could use a,b and c. I dont see why not
