Yeah. You can "search" for anyone for free. However, you need to pay to get the information derived from these searches. There are no exceptions. These companies need to make money somehow, and charging you for addresses and phone numbers are how they make their money. If you don't believe me, just google "free people search" or whatever you want.... in the end, they'll always be asking you to pay.
