i want to go on a trip for my birthday in march. i am debating between Nashville and Chicago. Which should i chose? which has more things to do?

Depends on what you like & what time of the year. Been to Nashville as a tourist about 10yrs ago & as a professional truck driver for last 3 yrs travel through Chicago & Nashville every now & then depending on freight. If you like a little smaller town, more laid back, less stress vacation, I suggest Nashville. Country music is awesome there! There is also museums nearby like the Hermitage. Opryland was pretty cool. If you like hustle & bustle, Chicago would be the way to go.

That depends on which type of music you prefer. Chicago is the home of Electric Blues and Nashville is mostly Country/Bluegrass. Both cities are extraordinary, I've been to both and am still a blues fan, but Nashville might be a little safer, and they do have quite a decent Blues scene there.

I've never been to Nashville, but Chicago is cool. There's LOTS to do. I bet more than Nashville. I have a lot of family in CHI so tell them I said "hi".
Wherever you end up going, have a fun safe trip and bring me a tshirt. 23...oh how nice it must be to be young. (i'm 28)

Sure Chicago has some of the best food, art and culture in the nation, but Nashville has my apartment.

attempt the great Smoky Mountains national Park in eastern TN and into North Carolina. there is a lot of issues to do there. Nature or not... there are various water falls... and many issues to do and notice... Pigeon Fords and Gatlinburg are the main significant vacationer places so until you prefer to get caught in site visitors ward off those cities yet are not getting me incorrect they are the two astonishing places to bypass to... additionally a huge component to the Smokies is the Indian way of existence Cherokee North Carolina is a alluring city with lots of stuff to do.. merely seek the Smokies on the internet yet another plus is its the mountains so that's continually cool no remember what... wish you get of challenge to bypass to and have exciting on your holiday!
