Assuming you bought a legitimate business version of Vista (which is the only Vista currently available for sale), why not contact Microsoft?

Yeah like the above user said even with a beta it's not gone to find all the bugs until it really gets used in the market.
You should to to the manufactures site that made your hardware(Audio Device) and look for a Vista Driver. But don't count on it because it just sort of hit the market.
As for the typing, Windows has changed alot in it's options I believe it is a matter of find the option that allows you to change it's keyboard layout.

You'll need to seek out drivers that support Windows Vista from the manufacturer of your motherboard's web site, downloading and installing them.
I can't type Persian either but that has nothing to do with my Operating System. lol Sorry that I don't have a more intelligent response to that aspect of your question. :)

Vista x64 rtm did not recognize my SB x-fi card had to go to the manufactures website.

well i'm sure it came with it's share of bugs to that in another 5 to 10 years we can buy a "new" version of Windows that fixed all the old bugs
