Californians are probably the worst. Either they think they know everything or they are too stuck up and self obsessed to care about anyone else. I went away to college in Oregon and was astounded at the friendliness and character of the people. Oregonians rock. In contrast, Californians consider themselves above others. They think that because the technology and a lot of wealth comes from here that ther opinions matter more than others.

In my own experiance I would say Florida and North Carolina -- Florida people are rude...no one says thank you, please, excuse me -- anything! I went to 3 different drug stores on a week trip and I never had one hello or anything from any cashier!
