Is Beijing going to be ready for the 2008 Olympics in time?

The city is drasticly changing but I doubt that only modern real estate and more subway lines is going to do the trick.

Barely, but it will still be a mess

well, you can be ready for anything as long as you keep the people more or less in the modern and cleanest buildings and areas. lol.
