I think Superman would be better at WR then QB. Come on he would likely throw too hard at QB yet he could "jump" for any ball.
QB- Beast(yeah a great blocker BUT could throw and very intelligent so has the skills to be a QB in my opinion)
HB- Flash
FB-Colussus you want size at FB and speed at HB or RB in most cases
WR Spiderman, Superman, Silver Surfer
TE-The Hulk,. come on he would get angry as a blocker and become hulk
OL- The Thing, Iron Man, Thor, really can't think of who all I would want there.
