You can retard your growth before you're done puberty if you aren't:

Getting at least 8-10 hrs of sleep daily = less vertical force on the body, & growth occurs around 12-3am.

Eating three balanced meals and more instead of junk food...
(Calcuim, Lycine and other minerals go straight to the growth plates during sleep)

If you're doing what you need to, you'll hit all of your growth spurts and hair in puberty...well whatever's for you in your genes.

Typically, you can add together your parents' heights then divide by 2 to get a good range...it isn't always accurate but its a good range-finder.

If you haven't been doing what you need to, its still not too late. puberty usually last until 24yr...slowing down at 21.

As far as the facial hair question is concerned, I'm 32 and have only within the past couple of years begun to grow hair on my cheeks. Before, I could only muster a ratty goatee at best. Maybe by the time I'm 60 I'll actually be able to have a beard. I have no chest hair, but have seen a couple of around the nipples trying to make a break out. Fingers crossed.

You will probably continue growing taller until the end of puberty; however, some people do not have dramatic growth spurts after about halfway through.

Some men never get chest hair, and a few men don't even get facial hair.
