Your sentence could be taken two different ways. I think your intention is : Is the guy that said "Saddam died like a warrior" high on weed? At first I thought you meant that he died like a stoned warrior.

no weed wouldn't make you say something like that. he has some sort of mental illness... or maybe he was exposed to the gasses saddam put off in his country.
