Yes, there are definitely bunkers and tunnels and other constructions under the Moscow streets.
Moscow subway is among the biggest in the world...
Moscow has long history. Russian czars, soviet dictators built bunkers and tunnel for escape or to move somewhere invisibly, or to hide. For instance the famous library of Ivan the Terrible is still waiting to be found somewhere under Moscow Kremlin. And hell knows what was built during Soveit period of time since the whole country were preparing for war and the sovet leaders sure wanted to survive in the war...
Unfortunately I don't know much myself, you should find so called
"Moscow diggers" people, they spent free time searching under the ground, sure they can tell many interesting, strange and spooky stories...

I was in Moscow about 3 weeks ago and I heard that there are tunnels under the streets. But that is the most I could find out.

There are certainly tunnels of cables and underground (metro) and sewerage, but besides there are about 2 floors of old Moscow under the surface in the historical center. It is old underground floors of 18-19 centuries which are now usually flooded.
