Yes, you should tell, because there are some secrets you can't keep for the safety of your friends (in this case, cousin). You wouldn't keep a secret if she told you she was going to commit suicide, would you? Well, this pregnancy could kill her with as young as she is. And that 28 year old pedophile needs to be put in jail forever, and have his nuts cut off.

You need to tell the mom and let her know the baby's daddy is 28 . I feel she needs to have an abortion and the father needs to get charged with rape . Either way mommy is going to find out . I know your a smart girl . Think about it . Is a 28 year old really going to take care of an 11 year old and her baby . If we was an adult he wouldn't have had sex with an 11 year old in the first place . This is a very bad man and needs to be put in jail !!!!

I pray this isn't true. If it is this is what I suggest, telling anyways. This is a terrible secret for such a young girl for so many reasons.
The man is 28, this is just wrong he is raping her.
The girl is 11 and pregnant by a 28 year old rapist this girl needs some help, medically, emotionally, pysically.
Please tell somebody, anybody that you know will do the right thing. Hell call the police tell a teacher!

Oh my gosh!! If you're serious, you MUST to tell someone ASAP!!! If not her parents, then a school counselor. This guy needs to be reported. That is sooo wrong on sooo many levels. There is no way that an 11 year old girl is mature enough to make the decision to have sex with anyone, especially a 28 year old man...and there is no way that a normal 28 year old man would have normal sexual relationship with an 11 year old girl. There is something wrong with that man! My niece is 11 and that is the furthest thing from her mind!! I don't even think she knows exactly what sex is and there is no way she would do it willingly...especially with a 28 year old man!! OMG that creeps me out!!!

Oh wow. She is 11 and a 28 year old man had sex with her? Wow, he sounds like a total pervert. What does a 28 year old man want to have an 11 year old girl for? He must be a pedo-phile. I am sorry that this has happened, and I am sorry that she was taken advantage of and got pregnant.

You wouldn't be breaking your promise that way, after all, YOU didn't tell her mom. Her mother does need to know though, so she can get the medical attention she needs.
I hope you figure out a way to let her know.
The father is 28?? That is child molestation in my book. He should be put away where he can't do this to another 11 year old.

Yes. You need to tell her mom. I know you promised, but some promises such as this one are okay to break. It may take some time for her to forgive you, but she needs to see a dr. She is so young and unfortunately things can happen in pregnancy when you're that young. The man who is 28 NEEDS to go to jail!!! An 11 year old is still a small child. That just breaks my heart. No 11 year old should have to be going through this. Please please talk to her mom as soon as you can. :(

wow...your cousin needs to talk to someone...and this 28 year old man needs to be thrown in jail...that disgusts me..so that means that her mom is only 23-24 yrs old...i think the guy should be charged and yes u need to talk to her mom or convince her to talk to her mom...she shouldn't even be thinking of having sex at 11...what is wrong with people these days...she wasn't raped was she...anyway your cousin needs to see a doctor right away and because she is under age the Doctor will tell her mom...I hope everything works out for her

Gosh...babies having babies...
For one thing....the 28 year old has MOLESTED this 11 year old.
Secondly, you should tell probably the mother and grandparents. It doesn't sound like the her parents and your cousin have made wise choices. Maybe the grandparents can offer some wisdom as they probably had to raise your cousin and the mother at the same time.
You could also talk to one of her teachers....They have much wisdom, care and want to know their students.
