I guess that's just the way you are...you probably just need your own space from time to time ... I'm kinda like that myself

It's ok. There is nothing wrong with not wanting to constantly be on the go and hanging out with friends. It's ok to just have some special alone time with yourself, relax and watch tv, play on the computer, or do whatever makes YOU happy!
You don't have to always be hanging out or always on the phone. If your friends are expecting *too much* from you, just let them know that you need to spend more time at home with family and yourself.
Set aside maybe one day a week that you can *hang out* with friends, then make sure to get your private, at-home time alone and relax.

Maybe you're just the kind of person who likes their time alone. Tell your friends you could probly hang out sometimes. But you might be a little shy is maybe why. Or maybe you just like alone time. Theres nothing wrong with feeling that way.

Some people are just natural loners. It is not anything wrong with it. I love being alone in my room. I'm locked in here now playing on the computer. Keep your friends as friends, because one day you will need them, but enjoy your lone time.

I think it's totally natural what you're feeling, everyone needs their space to be alone and reflect. You obviously do like hanging out with your friends on some levels. It sounds as if you're just laid back to me...which I think is a good thing

If your friends are on your face all the time then your gonna not want that !!who said you have to hang out with friends. If you like your 'me' time, then nothing wrong with that ! May be if you keep being by yourself, then you mite actually start realising their value and may then look forward to spending time with them. (miss them in a way). Do what you like , and as you like it..be happy

I don't hang out with many people either and I don't feel there is anything wrong with that. Maybe you like being alone most of the time. I do.

I'm sure you're not missing out on much. Most kids today are rather weird. You'll probably grow more by being alone, if you can develop some talents or do something productive.
