Yes its possible .She may not be getting a divorce for financial reasons.Maybe she has reasons for not the immediate divorce,If she plans on it she must not love the man anymore.Does she love u? Sometimes its easier knowing u failed in a marriage when you have someone eles in your life to help you with the failure.A special relationship can develope between the commited people. She may b a person who holds marriage as very important & when ya know it is over,& it is inevitable, its just easier to b w/ someone eles2 help u through the pain. How do u know she cheated on u? Did she date someone eles?Again ,maybe she needs people around her to deal w the failure .Divorce is a failure 2 many people.Maybe she is testing how strong your love is 4 her & that may be why she wants a commitment. Why should she rush into a divorce when it could be to her advantage to wait? There could be numerous reasons she isn't in a hurry but the main one should be that she doesn't love him anymore if she is asking 4 a commitment from u.Talk to her .If she loves u she'll be honest w/ u.U don't need to b w/ someone who is a cheater. If she cheats physically w/ many people this may b her problem .How will u know unless u ask her?Don't assume!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your last sentence said it all, you met her right after she left him. She is probably not able to commit to another yet, shes gotta do some internal healing and a whole lot of thinking. In time she will probably get a Divorce, shes just in no rush because shes certainly not ready to jump right back into the Burner yet. You say she cheated on you, but how did she do that if there was no commitment? Try being friends, and give her the space she needs to sort things through her head. If its meant to be, she will be back...

What world do you live in? Your reaction to her not getting a divorce is not based on logic, but instead, insecurity. A legal seperation is almost exactly the same thing in the eyes of the law as a divorce. Perhaps she doesn't plan to remarry and therefore feels no need to put herself out financially. Are you willing to pay for the divorce? Furthermore, if you weren't commited to her, she certainly did NOT cheat on you.

The odds are - she will do this forever. She wants the comfort and probably financial stability of her husband and her side entertainment. Learn from this experience and move on. The best thing you can do is never call her again and look for a relationship with a single person that has the same goals as you do. Good luck.

if she can't commit to u and give u what u need than u need to give up on it. plus if she cheated on u, because obviously u could not commit, and she wasn't getting her way, she will always handle not getting her way like this, thinking she can sway u and get what she wants, but in reality she has kind of ruined her credibility, as it will be difficult to trust her anymore, without trust, there is no relationship left.

Sounds like she is the one who has answered this question for you. She will never sever the relationship with her ex husband, so she'll never be fully available to you. Plus, she cheated on you. Move on to someone who is willing to give you a real place in her life.

U dont need to be with her if she's not gettin divorced. She's still hanging on to the other & wants u too.
Move on, leave her alone. The fact that she cheated on you is your sign. Find sumone else.

She's dumb if she won't get a divorce, cause it's illegal to be married to 2 people at once, and.... how do you commit to a married person, your the smart one here.
