how do you beak a mental block that cripples you from being able to live at least one day w/o it? I try to push myself beyond the "comfort zone" but it still doesn't seem to work.

Stop pushing yourself. Let it come. Take a sheet of paper and write everythig that comes to your mind.

smoke marijuana. lol ok so i know thats probably not the best answer. lol but it does work so maybe it is... lol sorry :( I guess I could probably answer this question alot better if I knew what your mental block was about... im normally really good with advice, at least thats what alot of people tell me. Have a good one, good luck with that...

Begin with an understanding of who you are. Where you fit in the universe...in your universe. When you can identify yourself and your place in your own universe, go inside yourself and you will find pathways to anything you desire. But you must understand yourself first...and then you can find your place in the universe.
