well, women can have sex with any hole that can accommodate a penis (so of course it's not the pee hole as it's very small). intercourse with vagina and penis is only a traditional definition. now sex can broadly refer to a ranage of activities from just kissing to whatever you do with another person(s) in nude.
don't worry about entering into a hole other than the vagina. you'll find another kind of fun and pleasure in other place - just like oral sex.

The urethra is a tube which connects the urinary bladder is too small to put anything in.
The other two Vagina and Anus. There is no mistaking which one is which.
As far as some girls they like it in both. But best bet is let her decide that part of it.

I believe you're referring to the urethra (the passage through which you pee), the vagina (birth canal) and the anus (where you pass your bowel movements).
It is absolutely impossible for anything bigger than a catheter to be inserted into your urethra so that's not an issue. Your vagina is supposed to be where you have intercourse, but some people have anal sex, and that is a personal choice.
