I am wanting the locations of supply chains (warehouse distribution centres) for the major retail stores in Melbourne, any phone numbers, email addresses or websites would be great.

All I know is that Safeway distributes liquor from a warehouse in Clayton (my brother used to work there). Here's some links that may get you started (Safeway = Woolworths). A lot of logistics is outsourced to companies like Linfox and Toll. I'd guess that most DCs would be located close to freeways (Monash, Westgate, Western Ring Road), most likely from Clayton outwards or especially in the Altona area because the land is flat and appropriately zoned.

The LAA is a professional association for the supply chain industry.

One way to find out where the trucks are loaded is to ask the truck drivers in the unloading dock. Also ask them what they're carrying as there are probably different warehouses for different products.
