the popup blocker blocks random popups from the internet sites you visit, so that you won't get the viruses some popups have. plus you won't be constantly annoyed by the popup windows.

A popup block is something that your computer doesnt like, for example, a advertisment could be a virus, so it blocks the virus and up the top of the internet screen where the icons are, it will have a little picture of a screen and a red circle with a cross in it and it will say one more blocked than it is.

What is a pop up blocker? A program that stops pop ups... Baiscly little Windows that websites have pop up to try and sell you stuff. It's annoying so they a program that would stop it.
