cramps are not pleasant, but you can take midol, or ibuprofen 600 mg.. that will calm them.

Although many people choose to take a pill to lessen the cramps, there are other ways. Eat a banana. Different vitamins, etc. in a banana can help lessen the cramps. Also only drinking warm or hot water helps rid of your cramps.

Um...short of not having them, use Motrin instead of Midol...the Motrin will help with the cause of the cramps (swelling and inflammation).

advil and motirn everyb two hours just like a fever for a child. will not harm you, but will keep the cramps under control.

advil at noon, motrin at 2 and so on....

exercise, drink more water, I also take advil, midol sucks!

I've taken pretty much every pain killer out on the market and, sorry, not even stuff like Maximum Cramp Formula Midol is much help. My doctor is useless and basically tells me to just tough it out. If you find something that works, let me know.
