Is there some website that shows how to make haunted/normal paper houses? Or does anyone know how?

Are you really looking for "paper" houses and structures, or for stiffer houses made from cardstock, etc?
Or are you looking for "origami" folded paper models of houses?
(There are also models of houses made with boxes as suggested before, or where the boxes are used as removable armatures.)

As for the "haunted" part, I don't know if you'd find any lessons specifcally on making a card model of a haunted house (e.g., one that was kind of crooked, etc.), but any house could be turned into a haunted one by making it black and adding all kinds of Halloween-related things to the outside or inside.

There are lessons online for using boxes to make houses though.

you can go to Hobby Lobby an buy Paper mache Houses they have them in the Paper craft section of the store. Make you own by cut car board boxes in the shape of a haunted house along with some floor plans then glue them all together paint it , and decorate it any way you want it.
