If you mean the German state Prussia, half of it is now in Poland, and the other half is part of Russia, in Kaliningrad. The territory was split to Poland and Kaliningrad after World War II.

Do you mean Prussia? It was part of Germany?

Unless you are asking about Persia and then I would ask which war they never were not in a war before Alexander, they were either conquering or killing their own people genecide was a habit of theirs. However the Huns were the same in Germany, so maybe that is why they are friends.
