if i take up BS aeronautical engineering, can i be a pilot after graduation?

If you major in aeronautical engineering, the most obvious job to get after graduating would be that of an aeronautical engineer. Engineering teaches you how a plane works and how to make a plane. I suppose you could be a pilot as well, though not necessarily immediately after graduating; you might need some additional training. I know that a lot of people who graduated my school with SB in aerospace/aeronautical engineering have actually grown up to later become astronauts.
