Maybe it's a TV show, though. He smells the hair or rubs it on his face or something after he kills them.

You mean charlie's angels? There is a guy who is fighting with the three girls and he pulls out their hair and smells it or something. But thats not a horror and they dont get killed.
Maybe you mean something else, I asked some other people but they dont know, they all said charlie's angels!

Not sure about horror... I know Creepy Thin Man in the Charlies Angels movie did that hair thing (no death involved though... just hairpulls during fights)
