it's a light yellow burn not from the curling iron directly more like the heat of the curling iron stained it

A light yellow burn may come off with comet and bleach. Try the textured side of a sponge and the comet with a small amount of water. Rub in a circular motion directly over the stain. Rinse and repeat. Then lay a cloth soaked in bleach on it overnight. It should lighten it. If not try peroxide on a cloth overnight. I've gotten cigarette burns and coffee stains off this way if not too burned. janeyw

you won't be able to eliminate the burn mark. it truly is not any longer like that's a stain. you would ought to placed some thing over it to cover it, like some form of the teeth it truly is an same colour. Or replace the counter properly.

Most likely its burned and really replacement is only thing to have it 100% again. BUT... if its white or without a color or design to worry about than try a SOS pad and to add a Lil shine back use Gel-Gloss (pink/white lettering) takes a few layers to see shine so load it up,
only if its a surface discolor type of damage

BUT.......if its deep and warped just replace it!!!
GOOD LUCK!

The heat didn't stain it, it burned it. You have to replace the laminate to get rid of it.
