I am trying to watch the last season, I left off right before Nate goes into surgery, and want to add it to my netflix list, but being as the season is on 5 discs, not sure which disc is the one I left off on? Is his surgery VERY close to the end of the series? Don't want to rewatch episodes I've seen, or keep returning discs I have already seen.

This disc includes the episodes "Ecotone," "All Alone" and "Static."
In the episode called "Ecotone" A doctor at the hospital tells the family that Nate was suffering from a new Arteriovenous malformation which ruptured, causing a hemorrhage in his brain. Nate is rushed into the operating room immediately to stop the bleeding, but during the surgery he slips into a coma.

I believe that's on the 3 rd disc. But I am not 100 percent sure...
If you got the others from netflix too you can check your rental history ( under your account) and it should tell you which ones you have already checked out.
I was amazed at the end, they did a wonderful job !!

Hmm, can't help you with that, I watched it on Showtime, but I think his surgery was in the following episode right after he was taken to the hospital.
