The same mineral can be present in different minerals, but the type of crystal is determined by the minerals,
for instance euclase mineral base is
BeAISiO4(OH) (Hydrous beryllium aluminum silcate)
Prehnite has the mineral base
Ca2AI2Si3O10(OH02 (Hydrous calcium aluminium silicate)
so they both are different in one component.

Carbon forms graphite and diamond - crystals - coal is not a crystal.
Partly depends on what you mean by "same" and "different". Minerals with the same apparent chemical content can form dextro and levro (right and left) rotating crystals that affect polarized light.
