Did a group of people (like an organization) plan and act to create this telepathy (where the world receives my thoughts) or did it happen as an accident, or done by God, while people were watching?
I already know people were watching before this telepathy happened. My question is, was it planned to happen by the people who were organizing this, or did it happen as a sort of chain reaction?

people are more atuned these days as we share common media, brands and the cultural differences are less.
thus we sense each others desires more - cos we are becoming materialistic clones - either that or the governments have ray guns -
