This may be out in left field, but I'm leaning towards Jonathan. I think it will be found that his tumor was not completely removed. When killed Edmund and Braden, he kept his cover pretty well. I could see him doing it a second time. As for motive, he may rsent Kendall because she is so closely linked to the brother that he sees as hero. This is how he was towards Greenlee. Killing Simone and his own sister Erin may be nothing more than a means of throwing off the police. Zarf and Zach are too obvious. Also, I think that it will turn out that the link between Zach's mother and Zarf are coincidental. Perhaps, Zarf was adopted and knows it and somehow found out that Amelia is his birth mother.

I was thinking JR learned about Zach and is doing it to set up Babe's murder, so he would look like a suspect. Then Josh to get back at Zach for what happen to Dr. Madden, Josh is probably the only person left who doesn't know Tad did it.
Now people are saying Zach is multi personality and doing it. It will be someone we know.
