a week ago i fell from a wall about 5 and a half feet high, and i landed just on one leg. my leg wasn't able to bend so i landed that high fall with one leg and not bending it, but now, a week later, it hurts when im not doing anything, but if i run or skate for 5 minutes than the pain goes away untill i stop the activity, once i stop if i wait a couple minutes then the pain gets REALLY bad. and i can't run after that. the lower right section of my right knee is what hurts, when i do feel the pain. what's wrong with my leg?? and how long will it take to heal??? i have track try outs on tuesday, will it be better by then???

I would go get it checked out that way you won't injure it more and ruin your track tryouts or even your track season!

It is possible that you have injured a ligament or pulled a tendon. Contact your physio and what you might need would be some exercise and rest.
