why can't you do both? Get the master's at night. It'll be hard, but nothing will be more worthwile than having a head start AND an MBA.

Quite a complex question. But just think of 2 options,

If you get a really good job in a good company dont think twicw, Join, you may not get the opportunity again... can do MBA later, if I am not wrong you should have thought of this long time back, where you could have attempted CAT exam, and then could have entered a good b-school, I believe there is no meaning in getting in a unreconised / small bschool for MBA is just a waste of time

The other alternate is - provided you have a oppotunity to get into a really good b-school finish our MBA first and then look into the job.

I prefer you to show interest in joing a company, but doing both simulataniously is quite hard, quite difficult

All the best

Finish your degree while you are young and not married with wife and family to take care of - you'll be better able to care for them later. If you are already caring for someone, and need the money (job) now, then I would advise only taking the job if you can set up a concrete plan to finish your education two nights a week while working.

take the job. A lot of Masters programs are taught at night and your compay may even pay for your continued education. However, I would research it before making a rash decision. I think a Masters is a great decision, but it doesn't mean you can't work.
