I am 5'7 and was about 130 -135 lbs when I got pregnant. I didn't show until about 6 months, and didn't 'pop' until about 8. I actually lost 15 lbs before I gained anything, and didn't reach the target weight that my OB recommended until the day I delivered- a week and a half overdue. In fact, I was at a restraunt when I was about 37 weeks along, and the waitress couldn't tell I was pregnant until I stood up.
So, from my experience, 14 weeks doesn't even sound long enough to gain weight yet. I wouldn't worry about it. I think the best rule of thumb is if your Dr. isn't concerned, then you don't need to stress extra about it.
Pretty soon, that chubby period will start, when you're just barely showing, but not enough for strangers to tell you're pregnant, and that's the worst. You just feel fat, all the time.
But after that, then you have to deal with random people wanting to come up and touch your belly, and you'll be wishing those pre-show days were back!
Good luck, and Congratulations!

When I got pg with my 1st, I was 5'7" (still am, lol) and 122lbs. I didn't show until around 20+ weeks. Being that you're fit, you probably have really tight abs and it may be a while before you start showing. Consider it a blessing. By time you get ready to deliever, you'll be so sick of maternity clothes that you'll never want to see them again!! I'm 22 weeks with my 3rd daughter and I think I started showing the moment the sperm hit the egg!! I'm already getting miserable and I have 18 weeks to go!! Every woman and every pregnancy is different.
Good luck and congrats on your pregnancy.

I am the same weight height as you are. With my first I started actually showing around 16 weeks, meaning I no longer could fit into my pre pregnancy jeans. at 20 weeks It was on to maternity wear. My stomach sort of popped forwards. I gained about 30 lbs and it all stayed out front. Nice and tidy My doctor said you couldn't tell I was pregnant from the back.

Every woman is different, and will carry different sized babies. My wife is 5'2" and our daughters were 8 lbs 3 ozs, 8 lbs 13 ozs, and 10 lbs 3 ozs. We have a friend that is 6' 1", and her daughters were both under 7 lbs.
Keep going to your doctor, and take care of yourself. The better shape you are in, and the healthier you are, the better your body will handle the pregnancy.
I also recommend going to a chiropractor. My wife did not go during our last pregnancy, and she had more problems than previously. Just a recommendation.

I was very small with my first pregnancy. I started out 115 pounds and I am 5'8". I gained only 24 pounds and my baby was 9 pounds 14 ounces. I was able to wear a bikini for the summer without really showing.
Everyone woman is different ask your doctor if you are concerned.

It's normal to take a while to show in your first pregnancy. But it will happen really soon, within the next couple of weeks I would guess. If you have a second child, you'll pop out a lot earlier with that pregnancy. It's like your body kind of says, "Oh, yeah, this again!"

I know you didn't want to hear from me cause I'm not small like you, I'm like WAY bigger however it doesn't matter cause the answer is the same. Every one is different. Some women show almost immediately other take months to show, they might, like you, just look like they gained weight. I know it is difficult wanting to show off your little bump and people just think you're fat. Believe me! I got the whole "Oh are you almost due?" When I less than 3 months along from people who didn't know me and "Oh I didn't know you were pregnant" when I was 9 months and about to burst from people who did know me. It sucks. But if you are small framed you will be showing before you know it. Don't worry.

I am 4'8 and I was only about 86lbs with my first pregnancy and I didn't start to show till I was about 5 months along and even then I was still small I got really really really big around 7 months and hun enjoy not being big yet because once you get big is when you really get uncomfortible. Yet if it worries that much you can always ask your doctor. Congrast on the baby.

Actually, you'll show sooner in subsequent pregnancies, because your stomach muscles have already been traumatized by the first pregnancy.
And at 14 weeks, your baby is only about 4 inches and 2.5 oz. Not at all unusual for you not to be showing yet.
