I'm looking for sheet music for the song "Fly me to the moon" I think it's written by someone named Bart Howard.
I've seen lots of different versions on the internet, but I want to play like they have it as the ending theme for Neon Genesis Evangelion.
It's hard to tell, because I am kind of bad at reading music, and even though the chords may match, I can't find anything with a melody that fits.
I guess if I can't find anything I could just play the melody the way I heard it. But I think that might make it harder to play the chords right. I really love this song, so any help is appreciated!

Yes, I know that Frank Sinatra HAS SUNG IT.
But he's not the one who wrote the song (Wikipedia could have told me as much), and just saying "Frank Sinatra" does not do a damn thing for me.
THANKS...

Yep, it is from Bart Howard. In the anime there are different versions that can be found in the soundtracks.

here there is an instrumental version for Piano or Guitar you may use.
