There is no such law that require a business to have security cameras in parking lots. And the business did not tell you that the parking lot is secured. Therefore the business did nothing wrong. You parked your car in the parking lot at your own risks.

Whether or not your car has insurance has nothing to do with your boss or the business. If you get caught driving without insurance, you could get yourself into a lot of trouble.

You can always sue someone, but the costs may not out weight the benefit. If you lose the case, it could cost you a fortune.

No, it isn't their fault that your car was stolen. If there was no insurance on it, and it is involved in any kind of accident, you could be held liable. Even if you aren't held liable, the police are going to be very interested in you for driving with no insurance. Under the right conditions, they might even hold you as being a joint partner in any crime committed with that car. Perhaps the best thing would be to disavow any knowledge of the car, if you can. If it is registered in your name, the state will want to know why you were driving it at all. I'd say you are in a lot of hot water, and would be best if you didn't seek damages from the store.

not unless they were negligent, and that seems unlikely. You can always sue, but you will lose and it will cost you money.
