Maybe you are indeed the snob and self-rightheous person other people seem to label you as (i'm referring to your other questions here)? tsk-tsk. Just because you're rich NOW doesn't mean you'll won't end up being poor later and maybe end up a prostitute--just like the person you are so hell-bent on kicking out. Be careful and don't be so judgemental. If she's paying the rent and not conducting her "business" in the premises, you really should just mind your own business.

Ever watch "Gulong ng Palad"? That scenario happens in real life ALL THE TIME especially in the Philippines.

Dory, take a look in the mirror. You just made a spelling error.

It's "Americans" , not "american's".

As for the question. Of course you tell. Where is your moral clarity?

Not only is she probably suffering, but there's probably some vile pimp exploiting her. Personally I'm sure she has a sad story, but that's no excuse for doing evil things. Being good requires sacrifice even if it's emotionally difficult.

What's more shocking to me is it sounds like the only thing you're worried about is profit and the risk to your business. For shame.

honestly if there is any disputes there and the cops are called those are listed on file. in the future any tenants wanting to live there can call the police office and find out what kind of disputes were out there and what type. So if the business is at risk then I might want to inform them. I know they are people but sometimes you have to look out for your best intrest, it could cause serious problems, possibly drugs, robbery or even murder, who know.

If you can prove she's a prostitute yes, you should do something about it. Prostitution is illegal in every State except Nevada. So just think of it as ratting on someone in your building distributing pot. She is a person too, of course, but she got sloppy and got caught obviously. But you do need proof. She could just be a nympho and has guys buy her nice things.

Just tell your parents. Then all of you can decide what to do about it.

As for the "Nicole" issue... I think there are more than enough prostitutes out there. You have to admit, she wasn't being careful.

It could drop the value of the property and open the door to other crime coming in. I would tell them about it. It's not like you are trying to get her arrested. You just want her to leave.

What do you want me to spell Dory?
I say live and let live.
Perhaps if there were more prostitutes, "Nicole" would not have the problems she has now.

as long as they are paying their rent and keep the property in good condition....why should their occupation matter....i mean where do you draw the line.....i wouldnt say a thing and i would let things be....secondly i dont think you would be able to evict someone based on their occupation....what was on their application...
